Pim Island, which was named after Lieutenant Bedford Pim, is located off the eastern coast of Ellesmere Island, part of the Qikiqtaaluk Region of the Canadian territory of Nunavut. The island was named after Lieutenant Bedford Pim for his rescue of the HMS Investigator crew, which were the explorers of the Northwest Passage.
