Danzante Island is located in the Gulf of California and off the coast of Mexico. Unlike most other islands, there are no white sand beaches, instead there is a rough terrain consisting primarily of rocks. Because of its volcanic past, it's most well-known for its opportunities to see the marine fauna through diving and snorkeling.
