Icy Bay, Alaska, is a breathtaking remote fjord within the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve, formed over the last century by the dramatic retreat of three major glaciers. The bay is a haven for wildlife, where visitors frequently spot harbor seals resting on ice floes, coastal brown bears wandering the shoreline, and a variety of nesting shorebirds.
